Thank you for using TRXNRG (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information generated when you use our service.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

This Platform is designed as a service without registration. We do not collect, store, or process:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information
• Account credentials (no registration required)
• Your private keys or seed phrases (we never ask for them)
• IP addresses (not actively logged)

2. Public Blockchain Data

All transactions on the TRON blockchain — including TRX transfers to our payment address — are publicly visible on-chain and can be queried by anyone via a block explorer. This is an inherent property of blockchain technology and is outside our control.

3. Telegram Support

If you contact us via Telegram, messages you send are processed by Telegram's platform. Please refer to Telegram's Privacy Policy. We will not use your Telegram information for marketing or share it with third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and referrals, and a first-party endpoint for package-button selections, successful payment-address copies, support clicks and pricing-link clicks. Records contain page paths, referral domains or UTM campaign tags, actions and a random session identifier; no wallet address, private key, full URL query or IP address is stored in our intent dataset. sessionStorage holds entry attribution within the current browser tab and rotates the identifier after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Intent records are retained for up to 90 days and are not orders. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings for intent collection. Cloudflare may independently process request data for security and service delivery.

5. Minors

This service is intended for adults with full legal capacity. It is not directed at persons under 18 years of age.

6. Policy Changes

If this Privacy Policy changes materially, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. We recommend checking periodically.
